Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your schleich® fashion as much as we do; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items inside the box, ensure it is sealed properly, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
